CraigCraig Watkins - General Manager

Craig joined Adair in 2005 after serving in the Australian Defence Force for 10 years in an emergency services, paramedical role. Craig served in various roles and positions throughout his Army service, which included several operational or international deployments to East Timor, Malaysia and Iraq as well as serving in most states in Australia.

Craig originally joined Adair as a training consultant and has since expanded his knowledge through extensive in-house training and experience to progress to the position of Senior Consultant, Portfolio Manager and then ultimately assuming the role of General Manager.

Craig has brought much operational, training and emergency service experience to the organisation, which has complemented its strong background in Fire Industry Training.

AndyAndy Little - Senior Consultant/Director

Andy joined Adair in 1998, having worked in one of Australia’s top 10 companies for 37 years. He reached a Senior Management position and has worked in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne. Upon joining Adair he received intensive in-house training under close supervision of the Managing Director and several highly qualified instructors, in the following courses:

• Fire Awareness and Evacuation Drill
• Bomb Threat Response
Fire Theory and the practical use of fire extinguisher and fire blanket
Dealing with Workplace Fires
EWIS and Non-EWIS system fundamentals
Various industry standards and codes

Andy completed the Fire Protection Officers course conducted by the Fire Protection Association of Australia (FPAA) in 2000. Andy specialises in conducting Warden Appointment updates, Warden Training and Evacuation Exercises for some of Adair’s CBD corporate high-rises, shopping centres and industrial estate personnel.

DarrylDarryl Leggett - Sales/Primary Consultant/Director

Darryl has been in the field of emergency services for over 28 years, until recently with the NSW Fire Brigades, specialising in emergency management, training and development of risk minimisation procedures. During his service he progressed through the organisation to hold the rank of Superintendent and was the Deputy Manager of Training and Vocational Development.

He has highly developed expertise in learning and development, ranging from competency based training and assessment through to leadership and executive development, with hands on experience in program design, facilitation, executive coaching and the use of psychometric instruments. This complements his vast operational experience in emergency response including being the nominated emergency controller at major incidents. Darryl has furthered his knowledge by serving on various committees eg; Australian Standards, Industry Training Advisory Board's and Local/District Emergency Management Committees.

Darryl also has studied at the University of Western Sydney, Australian Defence College - Canberra, National Fire Academy (USA) and completed numerous senior emergency management related courses.
